KTA was established in 2009 to work with organisations, paticularly in the HEI/FE sectors, operating in the UK who needed some additional short-term help to implement some of their Knowledge Transfer activities. Many companies often don't have access to enough staff with the experience or expertise required to do everything themselves. That's where we come in - our approach and our services, are based on what we've successfully achieved for ourselves, and for others, in the Education sector, and in the Private and Public Sectors. We also do have a strong focus on Work Based Learning (WBL) programmes, where some of our Associates are Professional Supervisors involved in introducing and supporting WBL programmes that can lead to individuals gaining professional qualifications whilst still working on the day job !
